Sewing sticks (also known as amigurumi sticks or placement sticks) are a useful tool for holding your plushie pieces together for sewing. Simply take off the bottom bead, and insert it through the piece you're attaching and the main piece. You can opt to secure it with the bottom bead, but I prefer to use pins to keep the piece from rotating during sewing.
This listing is for a set of 2 ready-to-ship sewing placement sticks in your chosen design. Each stick is approximately 8 inches long. Each order will include a small pack of roller pins as well. Shipping is $4.40 for your first set and $0.50 for every item after that - including if you mix and match with eyes or other goodies that are ready-to-ship.
I offer fun, unique sewing stick designs that rotate frequently! Most designs will not be restocked once they are sold out.
Each purchase is for a set as pictured with 2 sticks with different toppers.
Orange Pumpkin: One stick topped with an orange/black polka dot pumpkin with baby pink bow and one stick topped with a bright orange bead with glow in the dark bead underneath.
Purple Pumpkin: One stick topped with a purple/black polka dot pumpkin with lime green bow and one stick topped with a glossy royal purple bead.
Important! Both ends are slightly pointy, so please use caution when inserting and removing from your plushie. This item contains small removable parts and is not suitable for children.
This item is handmade in Massachusetts in a cat-friendly home.

🧶Custom orders take 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders are pending. They will be shipped out next business day as soon as they are complete! Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds on plushies that have been custom made for you.

🧶Sizes of plushies are detailed in each item description. For custom plushies, size may vary slightly - crochet is not an exact science and size can differ slightly depending on yarn type and tension.

Are your plushies safe for children?
Safety eyes are a potential choking hazard for children under 3 due to being small pieces. Although they are secured inside the plushie, my items are not tested and therefore not sold as children's toys. I do offer an embroidered eye option for custom plushies.
Can you make safety eyes in a different color?
Yes! Custom safety eye orders are open. Click the 'Request Custom Order' button to submit your request. I offer tons of different size and pupil options and customization can include glow in the dark, sparkle, opal, splatter, galaxy, chameleon and specialty designs! Custom eyes take up to 2 weeks to handcraft before shipment.
